Alexandra Kissling, a law graduate in Kensington Swan’s Wellington office, won second prize in the New Zealand Society of Construction Law 2015 Essay Competition at the Society’s AGM on Tuesday evening. Her essay covered the status of the law in New Zealand concerning supplementary contributions, and will be presented at a Society event later in the year.
This is the third time Kensington Swan has won a prize in the four years the competition has been running. Arie Moore received second prize in 2012, and Kate Henderson won the competition last year.
Congratulations also to the consultant Sherwyn Williams, who was honoured with a life membership of the Society for his contribution to the Society over the years, including as a former president, and for his wider contribution to the practice of construction law.
