Employment Relations Amendment Act 2013

The Employment Relations Amendment Act 2013 passed its third reading on 30 October 2014 and will come into force in the next few days.

Employers have only four months to implement the changes. These include – rest and meal breaks, industrial action restrictions, good faith requirements, extension of flexible working arrangements and continuity of employment amendments. For a fuller description of these, click here.
